WHO & WHAT
Walk MS: San Antonio will unite hundreds of San Antonio residents to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and are expected to raise more than $350,000 for cutting-edge research, programs and services benefiting the thousands impacted by multiple sclerosis (MS). The fundraising event begins at Texas A&M University – San Antonio and offers a one-mile or five-mile fully accessible route. Participants are invited to enjoy refreshments and entertainment before and after the event.
Visit walkms.org to register to walk, volunteer or donate. Event day activities will begin at 8:00 a.m., followed by a 9:00 a.m. start time for the walk. There is no registration fee and no minimum pledge commitment; however, the average walker raises $250 to support research initiatives, programs and services of the Society. Individuals interested in joining or creating a team can sign up online with co-workers, friends, family and neighbors.
