(Detroit, MI) -- The family of a Detroit teenager shot to death two weeks ago is happy her killer is being charged with murder. The attorney for Theodore Wafer claims his client feared for his life when a bloodied, drunk 19-year-old Renisha McBride came to his home after crashing her car. Toxicology reports indicate McBride's blood alcohol level was far beyond the legal limit and that she had byproducts of marijuana in her system at the time. Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy says there were no signs of forced entry at Wafer's home. Wafer is charged with second degree murder and manslaughter.
