(Undated) -- Online retail giant Amazon.com is going after off-line sales. Amazon is rolling out a ten-dollar credit card reader and mobile app for brick-and-mortar businesses today. The point-of-sale system called Amazon Local Register charges a lower fee than startup Square and eBay's PayPal. More than 90-percent of U.S. retail sales are still made in physical stores.
