(Ferguson, MO) -- It's been another quiet night in Ferguson, Missouri, though tension over the shooting death of Michael Brown is still present in the community. Captain Ron Johnson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol says only seven arrests were made in Ferguson yesterday. A new twist in the case involves the man who was with Brown when the teenager was killed nearly two weeks ago. Dorian Johnson was charged with filing a false police report in 2011 in Jefferson City, Missouri. Johnson has said Brown had his hands up and was running away when he was shot by Officer Darren Wilson.
