(Tokyo) -- A redesign of the backlight for the screen on Apple's new and bigger iPhone 6 could end up affecting the smartphone's upcoming launch. Apple suppliers are pushing hard to have enough screens ready for September's anticipated launch of two iPhone 6 models, one with a four-point-seven inch screen and the other with a five-and-a-half inch screen. The backlight redesign reportedly idled some screen assembly operations for part of June and July. That could mean only a limited number of the iPhone 6 will be available if the launch takes place in September.
