(Undated) -- BMW is recalling more than a million and a half vehicles over concerns about the safety of passenger-side front air bags. The recall affects an estimated one-point-six million 3 Series cars produced between 1999 and 2006. The air bags in question come from a Japanese manufacturer that's been involved in millions of recalls over the past few years. BMW says it hasn't heard of any injuries or accidents stemming from the air bag issue.
