(Washington, DC) -- Republican House Speaker John Boehner is challenging President Obama's economic policies. Boehner said the economy is growing too slowly and not creating enough jobs. Boehner urged Senate Democrats to take up numerous House-passed bills that he insisted will create jobs. House Majority Leader Eric Cantor referred to them as "stacks of bills." Democrats say the GOP House bills are primarily aimed at corporate tax breaks and deregulation and would not significantly boost job creation.
