(San Antonio, TX) -- The fight isn't over yet deciding who will be the Democrat nominee for district attorney. The campaign for Nico LaHood declared him a winner after final poll numbers Tuesday night showed him on top by a 50-vote margin. However, elections officials say there are 275 bags of provisional ballots and 23 outstanding military ballots for the Democratic primary still not verified. They say it could be next Tuesday before they declare a winner.
