(Detroit, MI) -- Detroit's police department is under the command of a nine-year-old boy today. Jayvon Felton has the honor of being "Chief" for the day. He's suffering from leukemia but has always wanted to be a Detroit police officer, so the department put him in-charge today. After being sworn-in, Police Chief James Craig asked Jayvon if he had any orders. Jayvon told Craig to take the day off.
