Flight Cancellations Add Up As More Weather Heads To Midwest
(Houston, TX) -- Flight cancellations are adding up as the Midwest braces for another round of winter weather. FlightAware Vice President Mark Duell says the majority of the cancellations are in the Midwest.
O'Hare had the most with more than 300 flights cancelled. More than 13-hundred flights are delayed. The heaviest snowfall is expected today in Wisconsin, Michigan and northern Illinois, including Chicago. Duell says United Express has already cancelled fights into Cleveland and Newark Liberty airports for tomorrow.
