(Undated) -- The contractor hired to fix the government's health exchange website is being called unethical. Accenture left behind a string of unhappy clients, including federal agencies. The "Washington Post" reports the U.S. Postal Service Inspector General's Office recommended terminating more than 200-million-dollars in contracts with the firm. It cited an absence of business ethics. Accenture paid more than 60-million-dollars to resolve allegations of kickbacks and bid-rigging in federal contracts. The Obama administration announced last month that the firm would step in to tackle ongoing issues with HealthCare.Gov.
