(Undated) -- Everybody's taking the plunge, and the organizers behind the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge couldn't be more delighted. ALS Association President Barbara Newhouse says the viral campaign to raise awareness for what's also known as Lou Gehrig's disease has more than exceeded expectations. According to Newhouse, as of this morning the Ice Bucket Challenge has raised 31-point-five-million dollars for ALS research and treatment.
