(Chicago, IL) -- A Chicago ban on smoking electronic cigarettes in indoor public places goes into effect today. The new rule prevents people from using e-cigarettes in restaurants, bars and most indoor public places in the Windy City. The ordinance also requires retailers to sell e-cigarettes from behind the counter so it's harder for minors to get their hands on them. The City Health Chief will hold a press conference today to discuss the new rules.
