(Washington, DC) -- Things are getting testy between Democrats and Republicans investigating the IRS scandal involving the targeting of conservative groups. Wisconsin Republican Paul Ryan accused Koskinen of not being believable. Democrats complained about the treatment of Koskinen, who is facing ongoing scrutiny.
