Knox 'Frightened and Saddened' by Guilty Verdict

(Undated) -- Amanda Knox says she is "frightened and saddened" by an Italian court's decision to convict her of murder again. She released a statement in Seattle last week saying the verdict was "unjust." Legal analyst Royal Oakes says this is not an easy time for Knox.

Knox and her Italian ex-boyfriend were found guilty for the second time for the 2007 murder of British student Meredith Kercher in a retrial. She had been acquitted by an appeals court in 2011. Knox, who did not attend the trial, was sentenced Thursday to 28 and a-half years in jail.
