(Undated) -- Michael Jackson's Estate is fighting off new molestation claims being made against the late King of Pop. The Estate is telling TMZ that they've filed papers asking the court to dismiss the allegations coming from choreographer Wade Robson. Michael's lawyers say Robson waited too long to take legal action. They're arguing that for his case to hold any weight, it should have been filed four years ago within 60 days of learning that the Estate was in probate court. Robson, however, claims his memory was repressed by the late pop star up until last year. The now 31-year-old testified on Michael's behalf during the infamous 2005 trial, and now claims he was being manipulated to do so.
