(Washington, DC) -- President Obama takes his campaign to repair decaying bridges and highways on the road today. The President will deliver a speech at the Port of Wilmington in Delaware. He has been urging congressional Republicans to embrace a longterm renovation program for the nation's aging infrastructure. Earlier this week, Obama warned that America's investment in infrastructure is lagging behind the rest of the developed world. He said infrastructure projects create new jobs and pump more money into the national economy.
