(Washington, DC) -- Obamacare customers are starting to send in their premium payments. A federation of Blue Cross and Blue Shield reported yesterday that it's receiving payments from up to 85 percent of its new Obamacare customers. The data could be used to test figures from the Obama administration that show more than seven-million people signed up for health insurance under the Affordable Care Act. Critics of the healthcare reform law say the numbers could be inflated by people who signed up, but never officially enrolled.
