Police Urge Use Of Designated Driver On Sunday

(Anne Arundel Co., MD) -- Police from coast to coast are going to keep a careful eye on the roads on Super Bowl Sunday. Police Lieutenant T.J. Smith of Anne Arundel County in Maryland says people should either designate a sober driver, take a cab or stay where they are for the night after watching the big game. He says hosts of Super Bowl parties should cut off the booze after the third quarter and start serving coffee and dessert, and to take the car keys away from anyone who gets "blitzed" during the big game.
