(San Diego, CA) -- SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. is planning to build unique, new killer whale environments at its theme parks locally and in San Diego and Orlando. The "San Antonio Business Journal" reports the new, bigger settings will have a "fast water current" that lets whales swim against moving water. Other features will give health professionals and scientists unusual access to the whales. The San Diego environment will likely open to the public in 2018, while the new killer whale homes will open after that at SeaWorld San Antonio and SeaWorld Orlando.
