(Undated) -- Weather forecasters are telling residents of seven states to watch for severe weather today. Up to 40-million people could be at risk in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Forecasters say storms on Thursday could unleash hail, frequent lightning strikes, heavy rains and flooding, and damaging winds, including tornadoes. The National Weather Service is warning people to pay close attention to forecasts, watches, and warnings.
