Sterling Says "I Am Not A Racist" On Just-Released Tape

(Los Angeles, CA) -- Embattled L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling is proclaiming "I am not a racist" on a just-released tape. released the tape on which Sterling seems at times defiant, while at other times appears to be saddened by what has occurred. The tape was apparently recorded by a long-time African-American friend of Sterling's. Sterling was banned for life from the NBA and fined more than two-million dollars after a tape of racist comments he made to his girlfriend V. Stiviano was posted by TMZ.
