(Undated) -- There are reports that Ukrainian separatists say they will guarantee international investigators safe access to the wreckage of a Malaysian jetliner shot down Thursday. The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe says senior representatives of the Ukrainian government, Russia and the OSCE got that pledge in a videoconference with separatist leaders. The Russian-backed separatists also say they'll cooperate with Ukrainian authorities in the investigation in separatist-controlled eastern Ukraine. The announcement early this morning comes after the White House urged all parties to support an immediate ceasefire so a safe investigation of the crash site and recovery of the remains can be conducted. A surface-to-air missile shot down the Malaysia Airlines jet with nearly 300 people on board Thursday.
