(Undated) -- The U.S. will send dozens of medical experts to West Africa to help stop the Ebola outbreak that's killed more than 700 people. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention director Dr. Tom Frieden says the CDC will send 50 disease control experts to West Africa in the next 30 days. Frieden says the effort will take many months and won't be easy, but he says "Ebola can be stopped. We know what needs to be done." Ebola has killed nearly 730 people in three countries so far this year.
