A comedian made a discovery at Chick-fil-A, and it's absolutely hilarious. The popular funnyman, Jonnie W., shows that you really do learn something new every day. Watch the short and hysterical clip to hear about Jonnie's odd discovery at the well-liked fast-food chicken chain.
While often delicious, fast food is not, if ever, the best choice of cuisine. Sure, it's convenient, allowing people to grab dinner on their way home quickly, but fast and easy does not equal nutritious and healthy. In fact, that is rarely the case, but Americans want everything right now. And again, who doesn't love a McDonald's Big Mac or a Whopper from Burger King every now and then?
Of course, if you're going to talk about fast food, it's nearly impossible to do so without mentioning Chick-fil-A. It's one of America's most popular fast-food chains, with drive-thru lines consistently wrapping around the building as people wait for their chicken. People love their chicken!
In a clip posted on YouTube, Jonnie shared that he learned Chick-fil-A doesn't include cheap plastic toys in its kids' meals. Instead, the fast-food chain gives the kids something very different, which they can easily discard and trade in for something else.
The kids' meal at Chick-fil-A comes with, like, a prize, he said. Now, the prize when I was a kid, you get your Happy Meal. Look, it's the standard. You get your cheeseburger, small fries, your little, small drink and a little plastic toy you can pop right in your mouth. Start choking right away. Beautiful. That's childhood. But Chick-fil-A gives away books. It's a series of books.
Hilariously, Jonnie says that while the cashier gave the child his book, she offered him the opportunity to trade it in for an ice cream cone. As Jonnie says in the clip, what youngster is passing that up?
First of all, what kid is not taking that deal? he asked. And second of all, no wonder why the Chinese are beating us, OK? We're trading books for ice cream! And I'm not saying Chick-fil-A is anti-literacy. I'm just saying, draw your own conclusions. Their own cow mascot can't spell properly.
Job 8:21 The time will come when your mouth will be full of laughing, and cries of joy will come from your lips.
