New York University has hired far left so-called fact checker, Talia Lavin as an adjunct journalism professor less than a year after she was forced to resign after falsely accusing an ICE agent of having a Nazi tattoo.

After leaving the New Yorker last June for falsely implying an ICE agent was a Nazi sympathizer, Lavin was hired by the liberal media watchdog group Media Matters for America less than a month later to focus on “far right extremism.”

NYU now says Lavin will teach an undergraduate course called “Reporting on the Far Right.”

The university billed Lavin as an expert in “far-right extremism and social justice.” Several students have questioned the decision to hire Lavin.

The school has not commented.
