Content Submission Agreement – The Answer Now TV | 930 AM The Answer

By submitting any video content ("Content") to The Answer Now TV | 930 AM The Answer ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to the following:

License Grant
You retain ownership of your submitted content. However, by submitting Content, you grant The Answer Now TV | 930 AM The Answer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, publish, adapt, modify, and create derivative works of the Content in any media format or platform, including YouTube, indefinitely.

Permissions
You affirm and warrant that:
-You are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian.
-You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use the Content as described.
-Your submission does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other personal or proprietary rights.

Content Standards
Submissions must not include:
-Offensive, obscene, defamatory, or unlawful material.
-Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or harassment.
-Advertising or spam.

No Compensation
You acknowledge that you will not receive any payment, royalties, or other compensation for your submission or its use by The Answer Now TV | 930 AM The Answer.

Right to Refuse or Remove
We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any submitted Content for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Answer Now TV | 930 AM The Answer, Salem Media Group and personnel from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your Content or your breach of these terms.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Texas/United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
