We discussed two topics.  Suicide Prevention Month and Substance Abuse Awareness Month.  We discussed how common both are and how to get help.  We discussed how Laurel Ridge Treatment Center has a 40 year history of helping people with both of these issues.  We talked about the signs that a loved one may be experiencing suicidal thoughts or having substance abuse issues.  We also talked about how to get help.  The key takeaway is there help and hope.  If you have concerns for yourself or a loved one you can call 988 or Laurel Ridge Treatment Center at 210-491-3591.
