We discussed two topics. Suicide Prevention Month and Substance Abuse Awareness Month. We discussed how common both are and how to get help. We discussed how Laurel Ridge Treatment Center has a 40 year history of helping people with both of these issues. We talked about the signs that a loved one may be experiencing suicidal thoughts or having substance abuse issues. We also talked about how to get help. The key takeaway is there help and hope.
